First and foremost I'm a Social Alchemist - A person keenly interested in the life, welfare, and relations of individuals and communities. I see relationships, innovation and entrepreneurship as the vehicles which allow communities to reach their full potential. It is all about inclusion. Unlike diversity, which is about bringing a wide array of people and their differences to the table, inclusion allows everyone, particularly those different from the group or culture in power, to be valued and bring their entire selves to the table with the opportunity to participate fully as decision makers. Diversity is a milestone. Inclusion is the destination.

Adin Becker believes strongly in the nexus between education, environmental justice, and digital equity. His background is in policy and development work, and he has extensive experience creating and teaching empowering curricula and educational programs for disadvantaged students around the globe. Adin understands that to confront today’s existential crises, we need to provide everyone with the tools to not only be self-sufficient, but to also become effective change agents.

Erika Simms was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. Her background, up until her role at We All Rise Consulting, was primarily focused on international development as an advocate for equality as it relates to critical infrastructure, food scarcity, and security. With her background in international planning and equity, Erika recently transitioned to We All Rise to apply concepts and processes of international development to domestic community engagement and development, and equity consulting.
